Do you guarantee your work?
Our work is guaranteed for 12 months and in the unlikely event of you not being completely happy with the work done, we will return to remedy the problem. Please see some recent customer testimonials.
How do you charge?
Free estimates are handled over the phone, but large jobs will require a visit.
Who will come to do the work?
Most jobs are handled by Paul himself, but for bigger jobs we have a small team of trusted professionals to help out.
Do you work weekends or evenings?
We work on Saturdays, but most work is completed during the working day, Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, card online via paypal or bacs bank transfer.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance. Documents can be seen on request.
